1. General Terms

These terms and conditions govern the use of the services of Techit-easy.gr (Papadopoulos Themis, Tax ID: 102135901).

By ordering services or visiting our facilities, you fully accept these terms.

The company reserves the right to modify the terms without prior notice.

2. Services

We offer technical support, repair and installation services for computers and networks.

All work is performed by certified technical personnel.

Service prices are determined after diagnosis and agreement with the client.

The company is not responsible for loss of data that is not backed up.

3. Warranty

We provide a guarantee for all our work from 1 to 12 months depending on the type of work.

The warranty only covers the specific work performed.

The warranty is void in the event of third party intervention or misuse.

To activate the warranty, proof of work is required.

4. Payments

Payments are made in cash, by card or bank transfer.

For work over €100, a deposit of 50% is required.

In the event of an order cancellation, the deposit is refunded as long as the work has not begun.

All prices include VAT 24%.

5. Responsibilities

The company is not responsible for loss of data that is not backed up.

The customer is responsible for the legality of the software being installed.

The company is not responsible for damages caused by misuse of the equipment.

The maximum compensation is limited to the amount paid for the service.

6. Data Protection

Your personal data is protected in accordance with GDPR.

Contact information is used only to perform the services.

We do not transfer personal data to third parties without your consent.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data.

7. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute, amicable resolution has priority.

In case of failure to reach an agreement, the courts of Thessaloniki are competent.

Greek law applies.

The customer can contact the Independent Public Revenue Authority for complaints.
